Electro-Coat Technologies' 18 stage electro-deposition painting system is capable of painting various sized products with precise and consistent results. Our system is capable of achieving major automotive and military standards set for cathodic eletro-coating. Our integrated coating system was designed to meet exacting standards, allowing us to control every facet of the electro-coating process resulting in batch-to-batch consistency meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations.
With our large part coating capabilities, we are able to coat parts ranging in size from a small suspension component to a chassis for a large motorized recreational vehicle. In addition, we offer an extensive array of alternative coatings designed for application over the electro-coating for specialty finishes required in many applications. Light assembly and post-paint operations allow us to customize each customer's application needs and provide a finished assembly ready for shipment to their customer.

Flexible Product Coatings and Services |
Our 8 stage pretreatment system, which includes full immersion in zinc phosphate and sealer, provides excellent edge coverage. the process we use is so outstanding, it has been certified by TACOM (U.S. Army Tank and Armaments Command). We have 35,000 gallon processing capacity for both cathodic acrylic and cathoic epoxy coatings. Both processes include complete corrosion protection and elimination of drips, runs, sags, and bare spots, as well as, long-term durability.
Our Acrylic coating provides UV protection while our Epoxy coating provides 1,500+ hours of salt spray protection without the use of heavy metals. In addition, we also offer phosphoric acid-based pickling/derusting to remove all the laser cutting scale and rust that may occur from processing or during transit from your suppliers. We can accomodate a 7,000 lb. load and are able to coat 400 square feet per minute. Our facility is large enough to handle coating parts that are 50 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 8-1/2 feet deep. From truck chassis to military shipping containers, Electro-Coat Technologies can handle your coating requirements.
